SHIPPING POLICY
We ship Worldwide!
Please select your preferred shipping method in the first section of the checkout, as presented:
Registered Mail – FREE, delivery within 14-21 business days after shipping day.
DHL Express – $29.99, delivery within 3-5 business days after shipping day.
Customers will receive an email informing them that their parcel has been shipped, together with the package tracking number, and a web address where the package can be tracked.
Most of our Jewelry and artifacts are in permanent stock and are shipped within 2-3 days after the order has been received. Items that are out of stock are ordered immediately and shipped directly upon arrival.
Please note: custom-made items that are created upon request may take a little longer to ship.
Shipping to a different address than your own:
If you want to send a gift item to a different address than your own, please check the “Shipping address is different than Billing address” box and fill in the desired address. This checkbox is located in the “Order Information” section of the Shopping Cart.
Shipping to multiple addresses:
It is possible to ship products to multiple addresses. If you wish to do so – please let us know through the “Contact Us” page and we’ll advise you on how to fill out the shipping information. If you have any special requests regarding shipping, please write them in the “comments” box in the Shopping Cart.
Back Orders:
If an item goes to Back Order we will ship you the part of your order that is currently in stock. When the rest of the items become available we will ship them to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
International Shipping
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We invite you to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.
Delayed Shipping
Sometimes, due to unexpected circumstances, it may take longer for packages to arrive. These may include bad weather strikes at the airport or postal service, the holiday season (mail takes longer to be sorted), any other Force Major, etc. We do our best to ensure that packages arrive on time, but some things are out of our control. In any case, if you feel that your package is delayed beyond a reasonable time, please contact us and we’ll look into the cause immediately. Please feel free to contact us through the “Contact Us” page with any questions – we’re always here for you.
IMPORTANT: During the months of November-December, and around Valentine’s Day in February, postal mail is known to get immensely busy in destination countries; especially in the USA and Canada. When this happens, thousands of packages get stuck in official Postal Service facilities because of large mail volumes. King Solomon wisdom Ltd Jewelry cannot be held accountable for such delays. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you absolve King Solomon wisdom Ltd from any responsibility for delays during Holiday seasons.
